Henkell Freixenet Finland Oy is a significant importer of sparkling wines in Finland. It is fully owned by its mother company Henkell & Co. Sektkellerei KG. From September 2012 we have been selling and marketing our mother company’s brands such as Henkell Trocken, Törley, Mionetto prosecco but also products from selected wineries and breweries from all over the world. We sell most of our products through our main customer Alko but we also sell our products to grocery stores and straight to wholesales working in the HoReCa sector. Our main product is sparkling wine but our range varies from wines to beers and nonalcoholic products. Our target is to offer high quality products for a reasonable price. We carefully follow our customers’ needs and pay attention to the consumption behavior to be able to respond to the market’s needs.

Henkell & Co. Sektkellerei and Freixenet S.A. mark their new cooperation with a new name and a common logo for the holding company, the former Henkell & Co. Group. These changes will be effective as of 1 January 2019.
The Spanish-German alliance creates the world’s leading sparkling wine group, allowing Henkell and Freixenet to access new markets and distribution channels. Freixenet is the leading international sparkling wine brand with strong market positions and sales in 140 countries. The Henkell Group has a wide portfolio of sparkling wines, with market leading positions in many countries, including Mionetto as the best-selling Prosecco globally.
In 2017, Henkell & Co. Group’s revenues amounted to EUR 702 million; Freixenet S.A. generated EUR 535 million in the past financial year. Together, the two companies employ 4,000 people worldwide with subsidaries in 30 countries.
